Returns & Exchanges

At Tidings Scarves, we want you to be completely enamored with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your scarf and place it back into its original gift box and shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
